We are super excited to share our new vegan version of our very popular Sea Salt & Caramel bar. We have increased the amount of cocoa to 65% providing a bit more robust cocoa flavour to create a special treat that blends savory and sweet. There’s something about crunchy caramel, sea salt and amazing chocolate that can’t be explained - only experienced. The salt opens your palate and lets all the cacao flavour expand into new levels of amazingness.
To all the fans of sweet and salty pairings; an intriguing combination. The fusion of the vegan caramel crunch and the dash of sea salt create a deliciously naughty flavour experience. But be warned, it is addictive.
We work with cooperatives certified by Fairtrade including:
Acopagro, El Quinacho, Cacvra and Oro Verde in Peru, Fundopo in The Dominican Republic, Cocabo in Panama and Cooperative Premium Cacao Sambirano CPCS in Madagascar for our cacao.
Our cacao is bought directly from the Fairtrade certified cooperatives.
The cacao in this bar comes from Peru and The Dominican Republic.
The cane sugar comes from Asocace in Paraguay and Apoya in Costa Rica and the Bourbon vanilla comes from Komam and Cooppvm in Madagascar.
