Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Fritters

Soft, fluffy and bursting with flavour, these delicious fritters will take you right back to your childhood. Best served hot with a drizzle of warm chocolate over the top and you've added a twist to an old classic.
Savoury, sweet, and bitter all in one go.
Ingredients

600g pumpkin
-
2 free-range eggs
-
80g cake flour
-
1tsp baking powder
-
A pinch of salt
-
Butter, for frying

2 tbsp cinnamon sugar

80g Chocolate and Love Rich Dark 71%
Directions
Steam your pumpkin, then let it cool before mashing it with a fork.
Beat the eggs, then add them to the pumpkin.
Sift in the cake flour, baking powder and salt.
Melt some butter in a pan.
Once it has heated up, scoop big teaspoons of batter, and space them out in the pan.
Fry each side until golden brown.
Remove from pan and place on kitchen towel.
Topping
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Melt 80g Rich Dark chocolate with the bain marie method
Drizzle over the top and enjoy!
