Orange Chocolate Brownies

Chocolate and orange, the perfect combo turned it into a tray of gooey, warm brownies. Easy to make and oh-so-delicious!
Ingredients

2 large eggs
-
60g butter, melted
-
125ml olive oil
-
125ml milk
-
350g sugar
-
100g flour
-
65g cocoa powder
-
1 tsp salt
-
160g Chocolate and Love Orange 65%, chopped
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Line a square tin with baking paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs, butter and oil together.
Add milk and whisk again.
Add sugar, flour, cocoa powder & salt and fold it all in gently with a spatula.
Place your mixture into lined tray and bake for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean, be sure not to over-bake them!
Allow them to cool in the tray for 10 minutes.
Cut into even squares and enjoy!
