Flourless Dark Chocolate Cake

It's dark, it's creamy, it's oh-so-divine, and it's flourless! Wow your dinner party guests with this decadent cake filled with Chocolate and Love. If you show up with this dark chocolate beauty to any party, we guarantee everyone will thank you!
50g cocoa powder
45g salted butter
65g castor sugar
4 large eggs
4x 80g bars Chocolate and Love Panama 80% dark chocolate, melted
Melt chocolate & butter together using double boiler method.
Sieve cocoa powder & sugar into melted dark chocolate.
Fold everything together & ensure no lumps are formed.
Break 4 eggs into the mixture & mix it together using spatula.
When mixture is ready bake it at 180C temperature in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
Once cake is completely cooled down to room temperature, dust powdered sugar or cocoa powder over it.
Serve it with fresh berries or whipped cream & enjoy!
