There is nothing quite like the blissful taste of rich, creamy, dark chocolate to put the cherry on top of any day. With these beautiful little tarts you will get the perfect amount of goodness in every serving. To make things even better, you can make them extra fancy or you can keep things casual with any toppings you decide to decorate them with, making them the perfect dinner party treat, no matter the theme!
Ingredients

2 medjool dates

30g ground walnuts

1 tbsp oat flour

50g Chocolate and Love Rich Dark 71%

1 tbsp coconut oil
-
1-2 tbsp coconut milk
-
1 tbsp maple syrup

A pinch of ginger powder

A pinch of salt

Salty flakes

Nuts

Directions
The Base: Mix all of your ingredients together by hand. Press your mixture into a mini tart tin. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180C. Let your base chill while you prep the filling. (Keeping it raw is a great option too.)
The Filling: Melt your chocolate and coconut oil together. Add the rest of the ingredients to your mixture and melt them all together using a double boiler method. Pour your mixture into the chilled base. Sprinkle with salty flakes, nuts and extra chocolate. Allow the chocolate to set and serve.
