Vegan Valentine's Dark Chocolate Bonbons

Little bites of heaven! These little chocolate bonbons will fill your mouth with chocolately goodness. They are beautiful little works of art that will just add a little magic to any occasion and fill the room with Chocolate and Love!
4-5 soft Medjool dates
80g almonds, finely ground/chopped
80g Chocolate and Love Panama 80% dark chocolate, chopped
2 tbsp cacao powder
A pinch of Bourbon vanilla powder
A pinch of flaked sea salt
Remove the pits from the dates.
Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand.
Shape the hearts and balls.
Here's different options on how to decorate them:
Heart shaped covered in dark chocolate, on top a pinch of raspberry powder and rose petals.
Bonbons covered in chopped pistachios.
Chocolate covered with ground almonds on top.
Rolled in raspberry powder.
Rolled in ground almonds.
Choose a decoration method and enjoy!
