Easy to make, wholesome, and delicious!
Ingredients
-
75g of My Vegan maple syrup protein pancake mix
-
100ml almond milk
- 40g Chocolate and Love Rich Dark 71%, chopped
-
Coconut oil
-
Coconut sugar
-
40g blueberries
-
1 peach
-
Blueberry yogurt
-
Peanut butter
Directions
Combine the pancake mix and almond milk.
Chop 40g Chocolate and Love Rich Dark 71% and add to mixture.
Heat coconut oil in a non-stick pan.
Place 2 tbsp of batter per pancake at equal spaces apart in your pan.
Topping
Cut peach in slices and fry in a pan with coconut oil and coconut sugar.
Top your stack of pancakes with fried peaches, blueberries, blueberry yogurt and peanut butter. Enjoy!
