The flavours of coffee and chocolate are balanced to perfection. Partner them up with a hot cup of coffee (or tea) and you have a match made in heaven.
Ingredients

200g granulated sugar

200g brown sugar

3 eggs, room temperature

75g cocoa powder

120g flour
-
1 tsp salt

260g Chocolate and Love Coffee 55% dark chocolate, chopped

225g unsalted butter, melted

1 tbsp coffee
-
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C and add parchment paper to a baking tray.
In a bowl, add melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and coffee then mix it all together.
Add the white and brown sugar and whisk.
Sieve cocoa powder, flour, and salt into the bowl and combine.
Add chopped Chocolate and Love Coffee 55% chocolate, and fold in with the rest of the batter.
Add your batter to the baking tray, and smooth it down.
Bake for 30 minutes, let it cool on a wire rack, and enjoy!
